Tresses & Beauty Booking Policies **YOU MUST WEAR A MASK AT YOUR APPOINTMENT*** COVID-19 SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE Preparation for your appointment: All you need to bring is YOU! If you have any work, school work, business, books, etc. Bring it with you! Shampoo is INCLUDED in every service. Deposit: Deposit is required when booking. The deposit does go towards the service. Late: PLEASE be ON TIME to your appointment. Lateness will result in a LATE FEE of $25. Automatically applied to your total. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be CANCELED and you will FORFEIT your deposit. Cancellation must be at least 24 hours in advance! If not, your card will be charged a 50% of the service. Payment: ALL remaining payments are paid through Chase Bank Payment Processor or Cash. We accept all major debit-credit cards, Pay-Pal, Apple pay, and Google Pay. There will be an additional $5 added to the balance. Travel Services: MUST CONTACT ME FOR ALL TRAVELING SERVICES. Traveling services START AT $50 depending on location.
